  1. Let's face it.Nowadays almost everything is made in China! Difference is the quality.So saying ''cheap Chinese stuff'' is not wright.Lets say ''low quality'' or ''poor quality'' Chinese stuff :) Majority of suppliers just sell without testing the equipments and this is where the problems starts.The customer service and tech support are bombarded with complain emails and calls.The supping company is not prepared to receive this volume of complains and trust rating than decreases. We have simple way to avoid situation like this and maintain high customer satisfaction and service.If you thing the solution is supplying only ''expensive'' let's say CCTV then you are wrong.The real truth is that we test every signal device before it goes out for installation .I agree that not every company can afford this for various reasons but at least they can test in house the ''new'' Chinese devices before it goes on the shelf.Some of the suppliers here in UK doesn't even have at least one engineer or consultant and the only testing they do is on margin numbers. Conclusion ''The best deal'' not always mean the cheapest but choosing best supplier possible.This will save you money and hassle in long run.If you are installer don't ever go for the cheapest supplier so you can offer the cheapest prices.When it comes to breakdowns they will always blame you not the equipments.And this is because you sold them crap on a first place,they have to pay call out charges(if any),they need to take day off work so you can go and ''fix it'' etc.The worst is yet to come if you need to replace device or have a return visit. Chances of getting referrals from them equals to zero.You could even loose your loyal clients. And all that because you ''save'' few bucks.Think before you buy!
