How to manage multiple Gmail id’s

Many of us have multiple Google id’s, Some of us here  actively use 3 mail id’s (job’s demand) and there are 4 5 other mail id’s which are lying dormant. Many of you probably know how to work around and manage all mail id’s from one which acts as default. Please ignore unless you want to know how to sign-in to Gtalk with multiple Google ids. But if are the one having a tough time managing all the accounts on the web and phone, here’s what you need to do.

Gmail: If you want to manage your multiple Gmail accounts, you can do it from any 1 of your mail accounts which can act as default

1) Sign-in to your default Gmail account

2) Click on Settings

3) Click on 3rd tab Accounts and Import.

4) Click on Import mail and contacts. ( you can receive all your mails in this default account)

5) Click on Send mail as to include all the mail id’s from which you want to send mail and keep the replying address same.

You can share all your calendars, docs etc almost everything can be managed with 1 mail id

You can use the same on your phone.

The only problem you will face is all the new mails will be sent from default Gmail id , but a reply will go from respective mail id.
