Reason :
it means, wordpress can not allocate more space in memory(RAM) to execute or continue running proccess.
you can set wordpress memory limit upto your hosting memory limit (usually 128MB)
Solution:
1. open wp-config.php / wp-settings.php in wordpress root folder in your hosting cpanel
2. Now Add the following line
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’128M’);
under
<?php
3. to get <?php in the editing page use Alt + F to go to option find option in the page and put <?php there walla you got it now just put the line define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’128M’); under it
4. save the changes
5. Always copy the entire page code in a notepad before altering it.

we have to increase default memory in php from 32MB to 96MB for that script given in following link
